Quarterly Ask Me Anything

Submit your questions every quarter, and get personal answers from me via video (I’ll show you) or written (I’ll explain it to you). Think of it as your mini 1:1 support session with me.

Quarterly Co-working Session

A gentle accountability session to help you take action in your business. We’ll focus, encourage and support each other to move forward and tick some boxes on the to-do list.

How it works

Hi, I’m Sophie!

and I’m passionate about creative small businesses, specifically helping creatives build slow and sustainable ones.

I know what it’s like to be unable to work a typical 9-5 because of my brain, body and life. I’m a neurodivergent mum of 3 (one with complex health issues) who’s built a slow and sustainable business around my real life.

When life threw me a very cute, 6lb curveball, and not so cute PND, I stopped everything, and my income stopped too. It wasn’t sustainable.

Now, when I have to drop everything and care for my youngest, or on the days my brain doesn’t want to string a sentence together, I can stop and concentrate on what I need. I’ve built my business with enough flexibility and breathing space to allow this.
