For three months...

We’ll work closely together in your business to bring a goal to life. We’ll be intentional and focused and you’ll move forward towards your goal with my full support, encouragement and guidance. Imagine it as having a Virtual Assistant and a slow business specialist in your pocket, whenever you need me.

After three months

After we’ve achieved your goals for the quarter, you’ll still get lifetime support from me through my group program, The Inner Retreat, which you get for free, for life, when you sign up to 1:1 quarterly Service & Support.

Here’s what you get

We’ll kick things off with a call so that you can tell me exactly what you want to work on together over the next three months. We’ll chat about your goals and what you want to create, and by the end of the call, we’ll have a clear roadmap of where we’re going and how we’ll get there.

A 60 minute call

This is the biggest chunk of our time together. Every week via Voxer, we’ll check in with each other and chat about how I can support you this week.

You can message me throughout the week when you’d like some feedback on what you’ve been working on, some encouragement when you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed, and it’s where I’ll keep you updated on the work I’m carrying out for you, too.

Three months of weekly service and support

We’ll have a 30-minute call halfway through our quarter together to review what we’ve been working on, and plan where our focus should be for the final half. At the end of our time together, we’ll also have a 30-minute call to go over everything we’ve covered in our quarter and wrap up our time together.

Two further 30 minute calls

My group program (worth £800) full of modules, resources, videos and a Slack community of creatives who are building their own version of a slow and sustainable business. With TIR you’ll never have to feel alone in your business again.

  • We’ll work together over the course of a full quarter (3 months). This gives us space to plan, implement, and refine without rushing. You’ll have my ongoing support throughout, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.

  • I focus on the practical side of building a calm, sustainable business. This could include:

    • Setting up or streamlining systems and tools

    • Creating content workflows or email funnels

    • Organising the behind-the-scenes of your business so it feels lighter and more manageable

    • Offering personalised guidance when you’re feeling stuck

    Each quarter is tailored to your priorities.

  • No. I’m not a coach. I come from a Virtual Assistant background, which means I bring hands-on experience with the tools, systems, and processes small businesses use every day. Think of me as a VA in your pocket for the quarter: practical, supportive, and focused on making things work smoothly.

  • Yes. We’ll start with a strategy call to map out your priorities for the quarter, then check in midway with a review. In between, you’ll have access to me via Voxer (a messaging app), so you’re never left stuck.

  • This service is designed for steady, sustainable progress, not last-minute deadlines or quick turnarounds. If you need urgent help, I may not be the right fit. But if you want consistent, reliable support to keep things moving forward, this offer is designed for that.

  • This depends on what we’re working on together in your quarter. If it’s something that I can do for you, then you won’t need much time apart from our calls together.

    If you’d prefer to be more hands on, then you can spend as much or as little time as you’d like to. It’s completely up to you and your goals/priorities for the quarter.

  • Yes. You can pay in full upfront or spread the cost over three monthly payments during the quarter.

  • That’s okay. Start by filling in the enquiry form, and we’ll have a chat about your business. Together, we’ll make sure this support is right for you before anything is confirmed.

  • I specialise in supporting creative small business owners, makers, writers, designers, and service providers who want to simplify and make their business sustainable. If you’re looking to slow down, reduce overwhelm, and create more breathing room, we’ll likely be a great fit.

  • You’ll finish with a more organised, sustainable business, systems that work for you, and clarity on what’s next. You can choose to renew for another quarter or take what we’ve built and continue independently.
